The Head and Neck and Specialist Medicine Care Group have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Band 3 Medical Secretary. This post is Full Time and to be worked over five days.
The Head and Neck and Specialist Medicine Care Group is busy and diverse, the post holder must essentially have the ability to organise and prioritise their workload effectively, work as part of a team and use their own initiative.
The post holder will be involved with clinic typing, telephone calls, working for the Consultant and multi-disciplinary team, admin duties and validation of Patient Tracking Lists (PTL).
Applicants must have excellent communication skills and enjoy a very driven secretarial role. If you are a real Team Player and enjoy a challenge, then this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
